U 17 EM: Danes provide Iberian quarter -finals

Not won and yet one round: The Serbian U 17 has reached the quarter -finals at the European Championship in Israel with five points. The reason for this was a later penalty hit by Jovan Milosevic, who equalized the 1-0 lead by Spain's David Mella (75th) in the 87th minute. Spain missed winning all of its three group games. It was particularly bitter for Belgium, which prevailed 3-1 against Turkey, thought he was already in the knockout round and was captured by the Serbs in the remote duel shortly before the end.

In the quarter -finals, the Furia Rojita is the first of Group C to meet the second second in Group D - and that is the Iberian neighbor Portugal. The Seleçao held the best starting position before the last matchday, but played it out with a 1: 3 against Denmark. In the season there was a three -man comparison between Portugal, Denmark and Sweden, in which the Swedes ended up as a loser. Despite six points on the has it, you go home for the Scandinavians.
